Sir kya mujhe same year ki PL same year mein mil sakti hai. Like 2024 ki PL 2024 mein

Sir I had 113 PL in old co but I resigned that company but in settlement they not settled. I worked there 4 years but I don't have confirmation letter pls help how to take that Pl amount

Hi I understand your concern. Regarding your PL leaves, every company has their own protocol. So do speak to your HR, regarding how many leaves can be encashed in a year. And then you still have any doubt related to it, then do approach the labour Court.
