RZR Turbo S Gets Full Suspension, Driveshaft and Tires!

- The turbo s got all the goodies today. He definitely blew the budget on this one with new KB3 Driveshaft, Sandcraft Carrier Bearing, Tender Springs, ORB Trailing Arms, ORB Stretched and high clearance front a arms, ORB high clearance radius rods, and a set of 32" sticky maxxis roxxzilla tires. Should be a totally different machine now with all the added ground clearance!

Machine details:
Justins machine is a 2019 Can-am X3 XRS. It is 72" wide and 172 horsepower. Suspension is setup to the fox tune. It is running 32x14x10 sticky Maxxis Roxxzilla tires on 14x7 Alba Crusher Beadlock Wheels with a 5+2 Offset. It has a Evo Powersports Shocker cat delete exhaust. Front limit straps from sandcraft. Warn Axon 55s with super atv front winch bumper. Super atv high clearance trailing arms, L&W Fab rear High clearance billet radius rods, CT Raceworx front end gusset kit, tie rods w bump steer delete and high clearance lower A arms. Still running stock axles with the factory smart lok front diff.
Billys machine is a 2020 Polaris RZR Turbo S Dynamix. It has a Trinity racing exhaust and tune, L&W Seat Lowering Bases, Gated Shifter, Trail Armor Full Skid Plates, 32" Super ATV Warrior Sticky tires mounted on KMC 15x6 wheels with a 5+1 offset, and Super ATV X300 300M Axles all the way around.
Joshs rig is a 2017 yxz1000r with krash offroad cage, rear bumper, sliders, 70/30 gear reduction, gutted stock exhaust and heavy flywheel. Has the Yamaha oem front winch bumper, on stock 27" maxxis bighorns with stock non beadlock wheels.

I am so glad someone finally showed the difference in a roxxzilla 32x10x15 and 32x10x14 height difference mounted! Thanks guys! The maxxis website says there's a difference but its so much more exaggerated in a side by side comparison.

This might change my mind about a rzr! Cause I’m set on getting a x3 but now since y’all kinda have the same setup I can’t wait to see it on the trail. And then get a better comparison.

Should have bought the kb3 billet 2 piece carrier. I just put a kb3 shaft and kb3 carrier in my turbo s. I got my billet carrier free from kb3 when I bought the shaft. Sick looking rig she's coming together good!
Thank you man when I bought the drive shaft he said the carrier wasn't available for the turbo s other wise I would've got it but the sandcraft one is a nice peice!
Cages must be getting close by now...
With the extra weight, might need to go up on the popo when all is said and done.

Interesting, would love a really detailed video on this please, I like what I see, can you tell us all the details that someone that might want one would want to know for the X3, weight, price, is the C pillar integrated into the frame etc please? Billys looks like it would do really well if it ever rolled over like ticky did with the bulbous rear cage!

Crazy a 15" wheel makes that much difference!

Makes me want 15" wheels all the more, especially if the tire is lighter, and has a bit more clearance included!!!

Yea it might have some to do with width but I think maxxis just made the mold for the 15s a little bigger idk how they cut all the weight but im not complaining
If it was jacked up you need to moving the sxs back and forth so it settles to see true ride height
We did do that I ended up setting it up for 16 all the way around I'll have to re measure tho now after I had my cage and winch installed but this past ride it was perfect

Hey guys I really recommend shock therapy I had them set up my rig and it’s bad ass
I thought about them but it's not a dune car so saved some money with just tenders it rides so much better than stock now
I have the rock crawler rzr and shock therapy did wonders for my rig They will set up ur rig for how u ride

Does Billy have any clutch work because I smoke belts left and right with my turbo s (the belts get broke in properly)
No clutch work at all and still on original belt and it's been tuned since day one with no belt break in. But I never use high range so that might help

Do you guys know the weight difference between the 32" and the 35"s?
I have the 15 inch 32s on tippy and weighed them on my bathroom scale and they where at 41 pounds I believe the 35s are 53 pounds both are pretty true to size too compared to the 14 rim ones
Once mounted on the machine what did the 32’s measure with 10lbs?

They are actually 5+1s.

How wide did it end up?
Didn't measure but I'd guess about 76 since it was 75 with the warriors
