I do have cards I associate with certain messages because they’ve had a specific meaning in personal readings in the past, but it’s more like I know intuitively when they take me back to a past reading. I’ve never tried using a signifier intentionally, but I do use clarifiers fairly often. Thanks for explaining them, I might try them to see how that’ll work for me.

I have a pretty weird question. So I'm 17 and have been doing tarot for years and I want to do it full time but I'm about to graduate. Do you suggest college for like counseling or psychology if I want to read tarot full time? Or just hit the ground running?

I don’t use a signifier as I find it introduces bias from perhaps my initial assessment of the person.
I never use it. The card might be needed in another position.
