With Global Pandemic, w/most countries/states having some mandatory lock downs at the pandemics' start, restaurants really hurt, struggled & closed all around the world. I know a few places that teamed up, combined their resources, determined to ride it out. Kudos to them!.Does anyone know of other establishments besides bars & restaurants that suffered as much? I was encouraged by the food establishments who teamed up with the liked of Jose Andres to meet disaster needs around their regions. Better than throwing out large walk in freezers and stocks? I only hope at a local level others found ways large and small to endure past 2 years.
