I've been vlogging in Pakistan for 70 days now and love your videos, Callum! You've visited a few place I'm heading to in the next weeks--thanks for the inspiration!
Brent I'm subscribed to you both....please visit Kallar Syedan onroute to Mirpur. Check out khewra salt mines Jhelum, Sangni Forts close by and Bishan Bedi palaces in Kallar Syedan.
Would love to see Brent, Chris, blackman the traveller, callum, and all the foreign bloggers meet up in Islamabad, we should organise it as a thank you
Callum Mian Muhammad Baksh famous work Saif Ul Malook or Safar Ul Ishq Journey of Love is recited all over the Mirpur Area and his poetry and writings are amazing and recognised in the Punjab and around the world.
1:26 We call Peer, Wali and Faqir spiritual figures and 4:22 Chalagah refers to the place where these people sat and worshiped Allah for many days without talking to anyone. These spiritual figures helped spread Islam in their time.
Really, I thought it was devil worshiping because they don't come out for 40 days , basically eat sleep and shit inside the same room until the jinni appears to them granting them 3 wishes in return for their effort.
@@johndean6333 Oh my lord, where did you hear that? In fact, they leave this place when they need water and use the toilet and bathe and perform ablution. Because without ablution in Islam we cannot pray or read the holy book. Every Muslim perform ablution five times a day. When spiritual people isolate themselves from everyone, they eat and drink less and spend more time reading the Holy Quran to understand the verses. which helps them to understand the message of Allah and find peace in their souls.
Wow sooo nice palace in mirpur Ajk inshaAllah.☝ Looks like now I have to visit Mirpur .the people there are also very nice .and the place is beautiful too .and you are so cute .thanks Cullam good friend🌷💓🌷
Great videos Callum, since your recent return to Pakistan, (Azad Kashmir) in this series youre covering the areas where about 80% of the UK Pakistani/Kashmiri’s have links too... Look forward to your future uploads of other areas you visit in Azad Kashmir/Pakistan. Great content 👍👍👍

Good video Calum, the saints did a lot of mediation hence they gained knowledge from their highest consciousness. We are all divine beings having a earthly human experience we should all do mediation and seek the knowledge

Absolute brilliant vlog, Callum you can tell from your body language that you are genuinely loving respectful and enjoying yourself, absolute love your vlogs my brother ❤️ from Yorkshire UK. And almost forgot you look rite a real Pashto with that hat on 😂🙏
MashAllah this darbaar Kharri Shareef Is beautiful I was there in august this year , keep up all the great content Callum big respect for showing all over Pakistan 🇵🇰, love it brother 💙❤️
So glad someone pointed this out. More darbars than mosques in some places in Pakistan. We cant even build a handspan over a grave let alone luxury buildings. Ofcourse they end up becoming places of worship. Exactly what the prophet ﷺ tried to abolish. May Allah protect us from shirk and bidah. (Ask for references)
Hi callum you doing wonderful vidoas ,I suggest you go Kotali AzAd Kashmir and go to A place call Tata Pani, make the document on this stream, because lots of people all over the country to go benefit from this water, specially people with Athraitice issues.Good Luck keep sending more videos. Abdul Qayyum from Luton
Nice vid Callum. Just so there is no confusion, these holy men who are buried here helped educate the people of the area hence why they are revered but they are not worshipped - Muslims only worship one God.
Thousands of Muslims in Pakistan attend these shrines in order to directly receive blessings from the so called saint, as well as try to obtain intercession from them, that's not worshiping one God
@@dononeeye9912 No they don’t. Everybody knows that nobody can bless you except God. The prayer will be something along the lines of “O God bless me due to your love for (the name of the person buried)” this is not asking the person in the grave to bless you but asking God to bless you due to these great men who were close to God. Some of these people buried converted hundreds of thousands to Islam, they were scholars and it was through them the people of the region received guidance.
@@EazyAzCanBe it’s not through anybody it’s directly to Allah (swt) nobody has power to answer prayers except Allah (swt). Please work on your comprehension before responding.
@@EazyAzCanBe Ameen may Allah (swt) guide us all. Yes some people take it too far by prostrating at graves or asking the dead for help. That is completely impermissible and shirk. We can though for example go to the grave of a prophet or martyr and ask them for help as they’re alive. If they’re alive then they can pray for us Allah (swt) says “do not say of the martyrs that they are dead, no, they are alive but you perceive it not.” Did prophet Muhammad (saw) not pass the grave of Moses (as) and witness him praying inside his grave?
