Sir in multi variable question f(x,y)= y sqrt(x^2+y^2)/x Sir in that question f is also not continous as limit doesn't exist as in polar form f(r,Thetha)= r.tan(thetha) and tan is unbounded if we take thetha =0 and pi/2 then limit will be 0 and unbounded respectively. So limit doesn't exist as it's not unique wrt thetha

Sir in LA option no. 4 should be incorrect there are infinite no. Of non zero linear transformation from R to Q[x]
Simply by f(x)= x if x is rational and 0 if x is irrational is clearly a non zero linear transformation
