Wow, Evelyn Hart! (She was a huge star during my dancing time) So generous of her to coach the next generation. It's one of my favorite parts of a dancers career....the passing on of experience and knowledge. You must feel very lucky. Also, I always am appreciative of you showing your eating and cooking habits...showing people that dancers need a certain amount of healthy calories, but can also enjoy treats now and again. Thanks for sharing!

Man Tirion, you're such a busy bee! Performing in your home country, then back to Canada to rehearse for the tour and fall season! I cannot take you seriously w that mask though, lol. You would definitely fit in a sci fi movie w that thing! Glad its helping you though!

Evelyn and her family lived in my small town when I was little, and her sister took piano lessons from my mom. If I was very lucky, Evelyn would come with her and spend half an hour with me, ‘playing’ ballet. (I was about 5, she was maybe 15.) I adored her. Fond memories of our future prima ballerina. 🩷

Toronto has always had McGriddles for as long as I can remember, it’s a regular item but it’s never popular for some reason. You aren’t the first person from HK thought Canada doesn’t have it because a lot of my Hong Kong friends didn’t know about this item until it was introduced and went viral in HK.
