Im really quite confused about the flow... From what i understood, the app needs to be live on the appStores for a couple days before the ads are activated? So what do the users see for those couple of days? Placeholder graphics?
Wouldn't it be better to have the app checked and ads approved BEFORE its published to the public?

It's a shame Google says I am the tech leader. Are you still sending people paper for pins? How about sending pins by physical mail as if we were still living in the middle ages? It is a shame that a company with advanced technology applies such old and antique methods. Paper means tree. GOOGLE PLEASE keep up with the times and be innovative. Don't send people paper for pins to avoid increasing your carbon footprint. If you can't solve it with your technology, quit. we are sure others will do better! Get Google Green!
