So I have been doing that drop-catch-snap 3 stroke maneuver for a while now and I love the dynamic it brings out, but it was incredibly useful to see that slow motion clip of someone playing it at a good tempo. Thank you for this lesson, I have been trying to figure out where else I wanted to go with that 3 stroke technique and this has helped a lot; flam chops weren't even on my radar. I've watched a few of your other lessons and your commenters are right, this is an excellent drum instruction channel and you have a very good intuition for what concepts people may get hung up on and elaborate on them in appropriate detail to clarify. Great content, please don't stop!
I love every video u make. It's so easy to follow and I love it how you break every thing down. Thank You so much Brother 😊 Keep it up & keep them coming.
Josh I follow you on IG as @bamdrumz and you deserve to have millions of followers because you are unbelievably awesome in teaching and explaining lessons in details. Big respect Bro. I’ve learnt so much from you. 🙏🏽
Tasty blushdas breakdown. I believe that this is one of those moves that separates the advanced drummers from the rest. Moving the accent place inside Moeller (triple strokes). Beautiful
Hi. I don't think these are blushdas. Quite near though since if you take his first 3-ish chop and double (or drag) the R which is played alone then you have a blushda. See here: th-cam.com/video/Xob1VmzFclU/w-d-xo.html
@@christophegragnic8681 I know these are not blushdas, but as you pointed out, the underlying concept is very similar. My point was about understanding how the triple and double techniques need to mix to get all these little phrases (also the blushda), and how knowing these things takes you to a whole another level. (in my opinion)
Bro I really love your lessons. Keep it up. The most underrated drum teacher in whole of yt❤️🐐
Much appreciated! 🙌
