    All exercises are very excellent and brilliant sir doing the workout of back and keep going hard and be strong always
    And sir can you suggest me a protein powder without soya protein and soya lecithin because I am allergic to it and give the name of protein powder and then I will take it and I am from nagpur, India

    I'd avoid deadlifts if you are older. As the weight gets heavier it is too easy to round back and hurt it. Even pros get hurt from deadlifts. The exercise isn't bad, it is more that it is too easy to go out of form under load for casual exercisers. Speaking as someone with a chronic bad back - no thanks, there are much more less risky, effective exercises.
