- In this piano tutorial, I show you my approach to the song 'Waymaker' based on a clip I posted onto my instagram. The chords I use have different voicings than the original, but hopefully it sparks some creativity when approaching a four chord song.

Is there a theory behind it
Its just one of the many extensions that you can add to a minor chord. In this case it's a Major 6th added to a minor chord.

It's really simple to move it up from A to C. You can just move each note 3 semitones (half-steps) up. It serves as a challenge and helps you learn to play in all your keys.
