Totally agreed mate. He is my Favourite content creator he doesn't take himself too seriously his banter is A+ and he is just a genuinely good guy... You just have to look a how he made a Podcast Channel and just asked his Camera & Editing guys to be the co hosts... Thus giving them their own Time to shine and their own TH-cam fame... I love the Matches they have together plus the Cycling Background looks etc they are just an awesome Team of very different personalities but Pete as a person just makes them all into 1 big Family...
As much as I applaude Grant for an incredible round of golf, I want to say this: Pete, you are genuinly one absolute class mate. I fail to understand how you can keep your level and humour while being pummeled nonstop. And Grant is right:. your ball striking is immaculate, very very impressive. It just wasn't your day. Peter has my favorite swing on TH-cam. Simple, but powerful. Ultimately repeatable. He also has such a great demeanor on the course. I can't imagine any round with him not being enjoyable. Great content!
A lot of them were feel shots. 3/4 of a 56 and that kind of thing. Shooting level par on a course you've never seen before is still pretty damn impressive....Pete got done in a little bit by the TH-cam philosophy of hit driver because that's what people want to see. He'd have done better to hit tee shots to a proper approach yardage....when your approach shots are full shots - and you knock a couple long, then it is much easier to make adjustments.

That was an epic round, Grant! So consistent, no major mistakes, and a really solid putting game, which I know was your goal in switching back from the armlock. Well Grant, I've watched quite a few of your videos and I've got to say how much I enjoy, and learn from each one. But this one was your best to date. It's mind boggling how you aren't a PGA tour player. You've got an incredible swing and your putting is something I will try to duplicate. I wish you were in the Augusta area so I could use you as an instructor. Your positive outlook during each round is an inspiration and something every golfer needs. Peter was great to watch as well but I have to agree with another poster when he said," WHY HE DIDN'T CLUB DOWN AFTER THE SECOND HOLE IS MIND BLOWING".

Grant, the difference in this round and any other round of golf you played was the fact that you did not pressure yourself. You were having fun and not worrying too much about "the perfect shot" for fairway position, or "the perfect line" for your putts.. I play a decent amount of golf myself and i also shoot pool. While both are VERY different, one thing that is the same is the level of pressure i put on myself. When i have a "send it" attitude or a "Lets just have fun with this one" attitude i always play my best game. You could tell at the end of this particular round that you started putting the pressure on your self. You made 3-4 AMAZING putts in the beginning that were MUCH more difficult than your last 3-4. Keep the "i know what to do, so just do it" mindset and you will easily be shooting in the 50s. GREAT round and very happy for you!

Grant , first of all great round . Secondly the first several times you go very low , and by that I mean you get that nervousness because you get lower than your comfort zone , you just have to continue and play one shot at a time . I played in college at and one of our home courses was Bermuda Run where George Bryan just recently played . During a member guest with my college roommate I birdied the first six holes and had a 3 footer for birdie on the 7th which I lipped out . I hit a 3 iron to within 6 inches on the par three 8th , birdie to reach 7 under thru 8 . On the 9th hole I hit it 12 feet behind the hole and three putted for a front nine 30 . I then eagled the par 5 10th to go 8 under thru 10 . On the 11th tee IO realized I was 8 under and had missed a 3 footer for birdie and had 3 putted from 12 feet . The nerves really came on to me then but I made all pars going in with a birdie on the 17th . Even though I shot 9 under it could have been more but I guess you can't birdie every hole . From that day on I never backed off from going low ever again .

I think you have all the tools - Great drives, Great mid irons. Phenomenal chipping and awesome putting. One thing that really impresses me the most though is how positive you are in every shot.
