Sweetie it’s not all just about trust, I / they know about the addiction part of it. Don’t be so hard on them. We all just want what’s best for you & your family!!
I was an alcoholic from birth, it was never a choice. When i decided to quit drinking that’s when I found pills. I could take them and feel drink and no one would bitch that I smelled like booze… you know how the rest goes!! I’ve been struggling so hard with living life on life’s terms and just accepting that I’m not in control. Love ya brother. Thanks for sharing! ❤
How r u doing? I saw ur last dose comment. Hopefully u have made it a couple more days. This dude is spot on right. He gave me the courage to make that step. I'm somewhere just over 100 days sober. If u need something reach out
@@SK8AN so I had forgot I had a couple in my car for just in case so I did my last dose last night. I do have a couple of Suboxone strips but I’m gonna try to not use them at all!! I’ll definitely keep you posted!! I almost wanted to make some videos of coming off of prescription opiates because there isn’t much out there about it but I’m not comfortable in front of the camera. Lol
@_Roasted_Marshmallow lol I understand that. I respect your honesty. If the videos r something u wanna do maybe give it a shot. U won't be comfortable anyway. I'm sure u know the drill. Definitely keep me posted
@@danielbradford1501 no doesn't sound familiar. But South Hill is huge. I arrived there in 1982, when 176 St was still in the woods lol. My mom Dorothy lived off 176th and 82nd Ave for over 20 years God rest her soul. But that's where I met my late husband as well. Cary Gillespie, known as Moose. His brother Patrick dead as well. Our nephew Dominick Mott still lives in Graham. I'm sure you have seen the signs for Richardson drilling? Yes my Mom was a Richardson. Huge family!! Nice to talk to you. And yes I can carry on for days!! You stay on the path of sobriety. And remember that you matter!!
Was the Man known as moose a really big guy and how long ago did he pass away. Did he ever work the Indians down off River road at the smoke shop? My mom is curious cuz my grandfather errol knew a man named moose. Are you familiar with the crossbow that used to be on South Hill by 160th? My grandparents built and owned it
Ive always tried not to regret. Double edged sword because if u regret u just stay in the past. If u dont regret u tend to do more foul stuff. I guess i always try to forgive myself. I dont forget but i do my best not to dwell on the things ive done. Its hard
I think you nailed it perfectly my friend. For myself, I need to feel that regret and that shame and that guilt because otherwise I feel like a sociopath! Or something haha. But I'm also not going to beat myself up over things that I've done anymore I have to move forward and like you said I won't forget and I don't expect others to forget, but at some point we have to move forward because it's counterproductive and our recovery. Hope you're doing well my friend I pray for you and think about you everyday. 38 days today!
37 days!
So, Sooo proud of you guy!!!

You're doing AMAZING things! Please keep going forward! 🙏🏼❤️
Thank you my friend ❤️
