Lana del Rey, Angelina Jolie and Aubrey Plaza are celebrities that come to mind. And I can't wait to find out who it is! Very beautiful look ❤😍😘

I thought of Angelina Jolie. I've noticed she wears neutral muted eyeshadows to define her eye shape and some lightly smudged eyeliner close to the top lash line. It looks very natural.
