I'm sorry to hear that. Did you try it again and what kind of drain did you use it on? I had a lot of standing water in my tub which helped and I applied enough pressure on the handles. Be interested to know how you solved your issue.🤔🙂Duaneshadd777 commented to leave it down for 5 seconds.

Hello thanks for you concern. I had no problems using Kleer Drain. According to google said that Kleer Drain is safe for the environment and safe for pipes. Also crystal and liquid drain cleaner due to the chemicals may damage pvc
