    The respect these two warriors have for each other made the match great. This is what amateur pool is all about. Congrats to the both of you.

    It would add a lot to the broadcast if the announcers did a little leg-work.
    I.E., what pool hall these guys practice at, show the draw, what cue, weight, etc they use.
    Not hard info to give to the viewer.

    Only in APA’s “no pushout” rules a 580 Fargo beats a 700+ Fargo lol. Fun match, both were feeling heat

    Is there a way to print up the draws from the different levels?

    How do I get a job as a ref for this? I would love to have my official job title be "professional ball handler"

    a 580 fargo beating a 700+ fargo...
    goes to show you how much a 7' table levels out the field

      Announcer said both are SK 9.
      How can that be if one guys Fargo is much lower?

      @@scottisitoro3953 It's SL, standing for Skill Level, not SK. Unfortunately, APA ranking is crap and anyone with a Fargo of 550+ could easily be an SL9. And since 9 is already the highest rank, a Fargo 700+ is also still an SL9

    • @shuchengchao
      @shuchengchao 21 วันที่ผ่านมา

      The APA rule also leveled it out. The fact that you count points instead of having to run out the table, and the fact that you CANNOT push after break, make the result depend a lot on the luck after the break

      Thanks, I meant SK.
      I'm a money 9 baller in Chicago area, have never joined the APA
      but am going to do so very shortly for one reason.
      Look for me in the 2025 SK 8-9 9 ball winners circle.
      Do you know how this "Fargo" is computed?@@shuchengchao

      It’s not the table it’s the no pushout rule and a short race with a wooden rack. It’s a race to 7 and a half essentially with no pushout. Both played bad though and were feeling heat.

    normally pockets are smaller in tournaments

    • @toddrobertson1398
      @toddrobertson1398 หลายเดือนก่อน +1

      Not in an amateur tournament. They are 4 3/4 like you find on any valley. You can’t have low level players take all day to play a single game lol.

    Is that an Olhausen table?
    Edit: Never mind.

    Sir can we tighten up these pockets just a little bit a lot of this crap wouldn't even went but these pockets are so huge it just goes in you have skill level 9 players supposedly make them earn it. 4,1/4 inch pockets would be great for this I mean they are the best of the best that APA has to offer so make it harder not easy I bet that dude won't get in the box with Rod on a tight table

    • @mikemck4796
      @mikemck4796 หลายเดือนก่อน +1

      You think the guy who switched from snooker would duck because of a tighter table?
      If you’re going to make excuses, you should pick better ones.

      @@mikemck4796you should understand more about the game before you run your mouth tho 🤷 because it makes a difference a lot of them shots would not have played so know what you are saying before you speak on something big dog and thanks for your support of pool

      @lazylightning9378 หลายเดือนก่อน +2

      I agree @williamsheppard8738 , however with your knowledge and skill... why aren't we watching you play? Seems like free money for you on those buckets. You don't even have to make the 9.

    • @toddrobertson1398
      @toddrobertson1398 หลายเดือนก่อน +5

      These pockets are the same size that our on your local valley 4 3/4. While I wouldn’t want it on my diamond you got 2s and 3s playing on this. You can’t have them take 3 hours to play a race to 2 lol

    • @wdiddy1
      @wdiddy1 หลายเดือนก่อน +1

      These are amateurs, only pros play on tighter pockets. Nobody wants to watch amateurs on a tighter table lol. They already miss shots they shouldn't. Pros run almost every rack on tighter tables. Count how many break and runs were run here, maybe 2?.

    Tiny table with massive pockets…

    • @toddrobertson1398
      @toddrobertson1398 หลายเดือนก่อน +1

      It’s a standard size bar table with the average pocket you’re going to find in most bars. This isn’t matchroom.. it’s a pool league

    • @BennnWJK
      @BennnWJK 5 วันที่ผ่านมา

      @@toddrobertson1398My local room has hosted matchroom events and the league we play in uses the exact same Rasson tables and pocket sizes. We also play APA rules. These guys would be SL 5 at best on those tables
