Unstable Short Field Takeoff - Glide Approaches, Go Around, FlapLess & Bad Weather Circuit landings

The unstable short field take off (10 degrees of flaps) was bad due to the nose was too high resulting assisted by a gust resulting in a 50 gust lift off takeoff, not enough into wind aileron also pushed the plane left.
The first glide approach ended up being too short due to high approach speed and gusts which caused a large sink just before the runway threshold resulting in a go around.
