      @@KyleRuggles man, I’m actually looking for a solar generator with wall plug myself! I specifically want one that can INPUT using USB Type C. Like 100 watts would be nice. That way all of my power banks can keep it going. Like this: th-cam.com/video/ufWaa_IvmqU/w-d-xo.html That’s what I did during my last outage. And I’d like more solar generators that are similar.

    • @TheStopwatchGod
      @TheStopwatchGod 5 หลายเดือนก่อน

      @@wwjoshdew Anker's 555 PowerHouse is the largest unit I know of that supports 100W PD charging over USB-C. It also has 2 output only 60W ports, but it only has a 200W external power brick for charging. You can combine USB-C and the power brick for charging though.
      EcoFlow's River 2 Pro has a 25% smaller battery and 20% smaller inverter, and only has 1 USB-C port (100W Bidirectional), but it supports wall charging at up to 940W, meaning it'll fair much better in a rolling outage situation than the Anker 555.
      For smaller units, Jackery's Explorer 300 Plus also supports 100W charging over one of its two ports, but the small battery and inverter means it won't go very far.

    • @zsedcify
      @zsedcify 27 วันที่ผ่านมา

      There are at least 5 different wall plug types globally, so a global power appliance OEM like Jackery is smart to NOT limit its products with regional plugs.

    • @KillerRaptorr
      @KillerRaptorr 2 วันที่ผ่านมา +1

      Well the bonus to this. Compared to most of jackery's other units and even Ankers C200/300 series. Is this little badboy can even charge at 5volts. Standard usb voltage. So if you got the bare basic of USB 5volt solar system. You can charge it with just basic usb style. The higher jackery's and Anker require at the very LEAST is 9/12volts income.

    • @KillerRaptorr
      @KillerRaptorr วันที่ผ่านมา

      Also tested. Both USB-C ports at 5volts can double the ampage in. So you can do 3+3 = 6amps in to get 30watts. So that's useful. If you wish to use the cheaper USB 5volt solar panels only.

    only thing I am not too keen on is that it does not have a dedicated "power in" port. If this thing is getting low in power it takes one of your USB-C ports to charge it back up while other things may be feeding from it. I have a small power bank like this by Aohi called the Starship and it has a dedicated in USB-C port. You can use as a power bank or a pass-through charging unit. But for the price it is good for outings to let phones charge until you get home. I might just get me one for friends to use and not mind it if it gets damaged.
