Me tocó ir a ver a mc Cartney un 5 de mayo del 2015 en Guadalajara México , y la verdad estos señores son dignos o lo mejor que escuchado de la musica de los Beatles en su esencia , y fuera de imitadores que los hay también buenos ,pero nada como estos analogus, pronto verlos por america.
Yes Jan van der Meij is fantastic , i miss him too. and indeed , he has a problem with his ears . great pity for him and also for us. what a singer he is!
Great; again! Saw them in Norwich, UK and really looking forward to their performance in Liverpool later this month. But what has become of the wonderful Jan van der Meij? I read something about him having a hearing problem, and now here is the line-up without him, but with the addition of the Oasis-looking guy on the Epiphone. If anyone can enlighten me (in English rather than Dutch) I would be very grateful?
Jan had to cancel the White Album-tour because of hearing problems, but it's said to be temporary and it is expected that he joins in again on the next tour. I saw them at Paleis Soestdijk this summer including Jan (just for the occasion).. it was awesome!
Thanks for this update. I wish Jan all the best and a speedy recovery. I guess the group does just what they want and need, but I really think they are so wonderful that - even in these highly-digital / auto-tune / hip-hop days - they could be so much more appreciated and revered internationally if they toured further afield. Thanks again, and let's hope for lots more to come!
