In my opinion..in a perfect world,if u can cast BMJ off CD all the time, BMJ best. Higher DMG/CD n as its also a bubble generation skill. Lowest CD skill best.

how did u do that PB and the 3rd awakening buff then blading edge seems the outlaw is not working when I tried it after the PB its in 8 sec - 10 thanks
Using Blading Edge to cancel the outlaw animation..n continue with harmattan. Slightly better overall cast time,more dmg from BE+harmattan. It's a very small timing window, right after ur chars jumps up to cast outlaw..quickly hit BE. Can practice in BTG

Ur last PB won't have the double rise buff..this way 2 PB n 2Flush has double rise n incrimination buff... using ur ulti earlier also affects the later part or the rotation

Ive a little trick if u want use 2x Pb in early , All buff - double rise - ripple efect - pale burst - ddj - vdj - pb - ulti - pb 😊
