He just wants to string her along until he's run out of options..that's why she said he tries to all her "now and then" .If i lost someone I loved I would try to be a little more convincing ...
I'm here literally ugly crying. I love Steve Harvey's compassion toward that young lady. I wish we had an update on her speech impediment. Rooting for you young lady.
Like he said, it's all mental. Once she stops thinking about the stutter, she can talk normally. It's the fear of the stutter that's holding her down so once Steve helped her with that, she felt more confident in herself to move forward.
I love how Steve Harvey explained and concretized the concept of a financial clock. For many of us men, even in this age of equality, there is an expectation that we are the providers. Rather than admit that we are not in a financial position to make that happen and appear incompetent, we delay commitment. At least an aashole has his dignity.

That's such a stupid concept though. What would she have preferred? Does she prefer a man marry her who isn't truly sure if he wants to be with her? If a man was to come to me and say he was unsure about the commitment of marriage is find that super commendable. Sure, my ego might take a strike but yeah can't let your emotions dictate your maturity. I don't get her issue. Why ghost him pretty much? Why does it have to be all or nothing? If a man told me he wasn't ready for commitments due to something like finances that's entirely understandable. Marriage is expensive. The process of getting married is costly even when you don't do a big elaborate wedding. You suddenly have to consider how much you trust someone. What's yours isn't only yours anymore? The financial risks if it doesn't work out.. People let their emotions dictate way too much. I don't we why she couldn't be like “okay. I feel you. I'm upset. I think I'm in a different place than you emotionally. But I'm willing to do whatever I need to backtrack and make sure we are synced up”.
Issue is that men that young can't express this clearly to their even younger women so the former always end up portray themselves as assholes while all the while they were just extra cautious.
I hope and pray that no one ever makes fun of this lady because of her stuttering condition, because that would be so evil and so hateful, my mother went through the same thing she stuttered almost all of her life. We would help her, and we tell her before you say any words think about what you are going to say, take your time and say it. and don't be nervous. Talk in a normal voice, try not to talk too fast, try not to talk too slow, look in the mirror and practice speaking.
The first girl is so pretty. Stuttering to me is the brain working faster than the words can come out of the mouth. I slightly stutter when I'm in a hurry to speak as fast as my brain is processing what I'm trying to say. People who stutter just need to slow down...it's helped me.
Yes had that problem for a long time being a young child I had to teach myself to think be saying sometime there still happens now that's why I don't last for anybody with a disability because I know the feeling

I have benn knowing this guy for 5 months now and Iam engaged He said to me that the moment i saw u being thoughtful and true on your words i decided u to be my woman ....yet me I didn't liked him as he liked me ...and after he taked me to his house to know his family ( he has only his mom bc his father died when was 46 y/old and at that time my fiance was a kid ) so for me I accepted him and started to like him more now everyday loving him .

I was in 2 relationships where we were deep in love and i was trying hard and in a very direct way to explain what this dude explained to my gf. Girls never seemed to fully comprehend the insecurity the man feels when he is unsure if he can provide everything to the girl he loves. And it hurts when a man can't provide her what she wants. It is not stereotype, a tradition or anything of the sort. It is just who we are as men generally. To up it a notch we also walk up the ladder MUCH faster with the expectations snd the support that can back that expectations up. Especially emotionally. I don't know how women think but they don't seem to understand that. And in most cases women would judge men to be as worth as they were before the relstionship not during. In other words, i personally work much harder in life and when i have a family to support. And i get that people should have an indivual goal but that does not lower the value of a family. Responsibility is what gives a man the strongest desire to live and move forward. So what your man did before your relationship with him does not importantly reflect his worth and motivation and desire to succeed during the relationship. Personally as a kid "and i consider any guy to be a kid before the age of 22" i was wandering around trying to find value in life. And i found it the first time when i observed my father's hard back-splitting work and effort to feed us and school us. It was such a beautiful thing to see and i wondered why. And when i supported him snd saw his smile i understood everything. I felt the power and motivation to work hard just to see it again.

I had a friend with a Son that stuttered. Thing is, I noticed he'd stutter so badly when dealing with his mother who was angry a lot. When he talked to me and he knew that I was relaxed and calm and patient to let him get his words out, like this lady did, he got more confidence and the stuttering almost stopped.
Sit down, talk it out with him, help him get to where he wants to be so you can get to where you want to be. BEST ADVICE EVER! Ladies listen to him, he’s talking truth!
My Uncle had a stuttering issue, but the thing is, he didn’t stutter until his family’s home caught on fire and burned down. Apparently, trauma can cause it.

I totally agree. I used to stutter when I was little. My counselor taught me to slow down my thoughts. I'm 43 now and haven't stuttered ever since.
