You cannot go wrong in all of these above. Idoom has good usage with top prestige and utility like he doesnot crit with non contact attacks, nimrod is a tank and mutant killer, warlock lack some damage but quite good as robot option. Plus warlock is available as 7* so i would suggest go with either idoom or nimrod.
