I was sad when Stanley Kamel passed away he was great as Doctor Kroger I think in a way he did help Monk get out of his shell and kept motivating him to keep on trying

Stanley Kamel was the best! Don't get me wrong Hector Elizondo was good too but I didn't buy him as a therapist, more of a detached psychiatrist type.
