- The day has finally come to quit Rise of Empires for good. For some this may be sad news but I promise you this is just the start of something bigger and better and in today's video we gonna talk about all thats coming in the future !

i quit ROE 1 month ago after playing for 34 months! yes, i've been playing since Jan2020.
after i quit game, i found the time to have an extra hustle and started lessons to learn new language.
this stupid game took too much time of me, and my family.
Good decision.. Everyone should quit now

I can't say I'm a fan of Kalistos personally or his channel, but this video touched my soul.
He is absolutely right about the game, 1000%. Nobody can explain better why we started playing, why we continue play and the reasons why we will stop playing earlier or later.
I'm feel myself like a robot with apl these hourly events. Someone who just need for serving this game and spending money. I see a close end, but still don't have enough courage to zero all my investments.

You just have to slowitdown if its irritating you there is no need todoall hourly challenges or spend like crazy ammounts of cash just be straategic about it amd realise some players will be stronger then you cause you donot have to be strong for being a great player
I had one of the strongest castles in the game in state 90 and i just gave the account away and left few weeks ago. I’m so happy of my decision and i support all who quit. 100% bro don’t blame you. I quit weeks ago and loving life again. The game is a trap and massive waste of time. Can’t succeed or win unless your entire teams spends 1000’s each week. And the game requires basically 24/7 attention.

I feel you, this is my last season. I complained about the skins, how we can’t enjoy the skin we buy because the put out skin weekly. Back when it was once a month it was more exciting, the reply after I complained in one of the survey te send was bring 3 castles skins, pendant, legion back to back for a whole month. Last 2 years playing daily even on holidays plus the several thousands of dollars worth 3 or 4 cars wasn’t worth it.

Not only that the skins costs thousands of dollars now when they used to be way less expensive. It's such a rip off plus the make skins for everything even heros and those are also thousands of USD. RIPOFF

You know something? I really can't wait to be fully immersed in virtual reality... basically like that movie "Ready player One". That's what I'm looking forward to. I'll probably be old by then, but who cares. I just want to experience it and it looks like we're moving in that direction. Well, I mean, if processors keep on improving, then it's the next step in gaming. I'm pretty excited about it.
As for ROE... yeah, I just want to get my castle to lvl 25 (good old fashioned way with farm accounts helping it on) and then I'll be done with it. I don't see myself carrying on for long afterward.

I wanted to come back and comment on the actual content of this video, this video hit very close to home. During pandemic it was 100% work from home and I was looking for something similar to age of empires which I originally thought this game would be. Anyway 70KUSD later I lost interest and interest of making KE videos and the later and later you stay in the game the more P2W it is. Good luck too you! Let me know the next game you go to. Right now I play Moblile Legends which is meh..

Many many players of all states are sick of this and it does ruin the game as more and more players quit daily. My alliance and province chat now is nothing but people taking shit about the devs and they money grab constantly all the time because it happens so often. I wouldn't be surprised if this game goes out of business in the near future because they are facing a mass exodus of players at their current trajectory. I think the devs know the game is dieing out too, and are trying to get as much profit as they can from everyone before they don't have the opportunity to do so any longer through this specific game. If there aren't many players left to play the game because they all quit because of the devs greed, then the game will cease to exist. Nobody wants to play a game with no opponents lefts to go against, and that's is already happening. You know it's bad when the super spenders are quiting in masses too because they have the most to walk away from with their large investment into their castle. At least the low spenders and free players can just move on with their lives with ease, but the people who have thousands of dollars invested are the ones I feel bad for because they got bamboozled.

It is hard, because you spent lot of your time and money in the game, and you dont want to lose it... so you keep playing, spending more time and money in game, and being less and less happy, because devs dont care about game, about balance, and about community... they just want your money. And God, so many bugs they just dont fix it. Be happy, leave the game!!!

Find a game that has a max spend of 100 dollar a month or less to be competitive if you can and promote but they start like that and end up like roe
I think we need a game funded by players F2P, bronze 10 dollar a month Silver 25 gold 50 and platinum 100 max and difference in power is bronse 2%, 5%, 10% and 15% but free to play can get to 10% if very active and lucky but no power creep no skins and all about tactics and team play and your alliance/kingdom
