I just did it today. it seems it's gotten more restrict but it worked. I used to do it first try but it took 5 attempts to get in today. (Although, I'm on PC. but I think should be the same for consoles too.)
if you get in the car in the windows that the glitch is not cancelled (2 sec after quitting the camera), the glitch will carry on. but you need to immediately take cover and get out of cover after getting out of car for it to work. SORRY FOR TAKING AGES TO REPLY.
