Awesome content ma dude, have you ever tried repairing the tank crack issue? Also how did the foam strap hold up?

I’m having the same issue where the gas tank is leaking. And it’s coming out from the seem left side. Is there any possible solution fixing a “crack” on a plastic gas tank? I just don’t wanna spent on fuel cell setup. It is currently my daily.

I have a 96 and I have a 95 fuel level sender so basically I can make it work and just not use the extra wire and just wire in the 3 wire ? Instead of 4 wire

Hey brother on 13:41 does the red/blue/green connector go anywhere? Can’t seem to find anything about it.

Awesome video! How is the gas tank holding up? How happy are you with the foam padding? Anything you would have done differently?

How to remove the metal plate or bracket inside the tank? What does the clips look like that holds it in place? I cant seem to get it dislodged and out. Its rusted bad. Also the fuel pump bracket was just laying inside the tank. Not attached to anything. How and where does it attach to? Thanks

the fuel pump bracket attaches to the permanently fixed bracket on the gas tank. that cannot be removed. i believe i covered everything in the vlog, but it's definitely a long one so just skim to the important parts and it should help.

How did you label the lines that looks neat?

I use a Brady BMP21-Plus label maker. It's a pretty good all round label maker for wiring, hoses, and control panels. Also, you can purchase different types of label cartridge colors which is pretty cool

Hey man how did you do the
    Fuel level sender sensor

    • @FittedLifeCollective

So at 13:48 I show the clip and the slot. The main trick is to slide a small flat head in between the clip and the slot from the sender unit and then twist the flat head to release the clip. The hard part is to release the clip and pull the sender unit off at the same time. It'll take a couple of tries, but you'll eventually get it done.
