Have you checked out the Mirada Crystal Lagoon that recently opened in San Antonio Florida in Pasco County north of Tampa.At 15 acres ,it's twice as Epperson Lagoon in nearby Wesley Chapel and about 3 times larger than the Southshore Crystal Lagoon.
I understand the builders give great incentives, however, its important to see the overall cost of living in this kind of community. Would you know if they charge the other extra annual fee? The $39 cost for the lagoon is per month, correct? And HOA? What is included in the villas, townhouses or such, please?
$39 a month Lagoon $75 a month HOA ( including internet and tv on demand 177 channels) $2,500-$3,000 CDD per year. Depends on your lot . Get ready for the first month fees around $5k signup fees. They usually place them in the closing, lol you will pay for those with extra % depending on your loan and APR you closed with.
