How to make Macarons using All Purpose Flour| step by step procedure| easy to follow| No Fail|

    Ingredients:
    ■all purpose flour 75 grams ( 1/2 cup + 1 1/2 tbsp) or 8 tbsp
    ■ powder sugar 165 grams ( 1 1/2 cup)
    ■ eggwhites 3 large (100 grams or ml) 67 grams each with shell
    ■ sugar 67 grams ( 1/4 cup ) 4 1/2 tbsp
    ■ salt 1/4 tsp (2 grams)
    ■ vanilla 1/2 tsp
    Buttercream Icing:
    butter 95 grams 7 tbsp
    icing sugar 75 grams 1/2 cup + 3 tbsp
    salt 1/8 tsp
    vanilla 1/2 tsp
    cream 35 grams ( 3 1/2 tbsp)
    Mix all ingredients until light and creamy texture.
    You can make half of the recipe.
    Any kind of jams ( I used strawbery jam) optional

    Hello, when you cook the macarons, do you use the fan of the oven or not? Also, the heat is from top and bottom or just from the bottom?

      Hello i didn't use the fan. If you electric oven the heat shoul be the top and buttom.. If Gad use bottom only.

      Hello baka po na overmix nyo po yong mixture kapag na overmix po kasi magiginv watery sya matatagalan po talaga matuyo. Or di masyadong na beat or under beat ang meringue.

    Tried many batches they were all perfect with feets but hollow inside I lowered the temp but still the same rested for two hrs any reason for that hollow

    Hello i tried this recipe 2x pero ang tagal po nya matuyo. 24hrs inabot bago matuyo ang shell nya. Ano po kayang mali? Hindi ko naman po sya naover mix, dahil hindi naman sya runny & i follow the consistency sa video. At di rin sya nagka feet nag crack ung mga top nya😅

    ano yung difference nya compared sa macarons na made with almond flour? iba ba yung texture and tase? lagi kasing almond flour gamit ko so mas sanay yung lasa ng family ko dun.
    tumitingin lang ako ng alternatives.

    Thank you so much. Hays. Na stress talaga ako. Naka 4x nako pero cracked padin yung top ng macarons ko tapos 1hr na di padin tuyo yung top ng macarons ko. Ang ginawa ko po is ginamitan ko ng hairdryer ko kaso ganun padin. Alam ko kung san nako nagkamali. Kailangan pala medyo firm yung skin ng macarons. Sakin kase soft pero di na sya nadikit sa daliri ko parang yun na yung palatandaan ko na pwede na syang isalang kaso yun nga palpak. Crack yung top at walang feet. Hays.

      Masyadong mainit po yong oven kaya nag brown agad at hilaw pa ang loob. Kung walang feet ibig sabihin di pa sya Masyadong dry nong binake nyo

      Baka kulang papo sa bake kaya po nadikit pa yong inyong macarons. Madali lang po tanggalin sa baking paper pag tama po ang pagbake.

      Hello maaring na over mix nyo ang mixture nyo kaya. Pag na overmixed nagiging runny sya at yon ang dahilan kaya di sya nagdadry.

    feeling ko sobra ung powder sugar .. nilagay ko 1 1/2 cup un nakalagay eh tas 1/2 and 8 tbsp apf super dry 😭

      Hello pano po kayo nagsukat ng powder sugar? Salain nyo po muna ang powder sugar tapos gumamit kayo ng kotchara spoon kayo ng powder sugar tas ilagay sa measuring cup tas i level nyo gamit ang knife para di mapasobra lagay nyo ng powder sugar. Kasi pag deretchp nyo i scoop yong measuring cup nyo sa powder sugar, mapapasobra talaga lagay nyo. Or kaya gumamit kayo ng timbagngan or weighing scale para mas accurate.
