Today has been a horrible day. Today one of my closest friends and family members passed away due to cancer. Currently my father and brother are in the US which leaves me the only man at home. Because of this I've tried my hardest to stay stoic during the day for my mothers sake. During my workout just an hour ago I heard this song in my workout playlist and started fucking balling. This song reminded me of her so fucking much. I recall how I ate lunch with her every day before my workout and that simply broke me since I didn't get the chance to do that today. My point is with this comment to express my gratitude for this music, for me it's not just great for workingout but it's become a memory of an individual I truely love. Thank you.
