Who remembers watching this program before a quick wash and shave and then nipping out to the pub to meet your mates for a few pints and a laugh. Fools and Horses was a part of British Culture.
Totally priceless, without doubt one of the very best comedy series ever on U.K. T.V. That said , I met David Jason's mum some many years ago, as I had work to do on her house, her front room was dedicated to David, and was wall to wall trophies , awards and honours to him. To say she was proud was an understatement, (I had no idea at first who she was bless her until she said "do you know who I am"?), I of course had not a scooby doo, then told me and led me to the front room, there she said I am David Jasons mum! Well how wonderful and so very very nice , a truly lovely lady, and she made great cup of tea, and a nice slice of cake.. Bless these stars of the bygone era and the parents that brought them into the world. A hearty thank you all. An example of the happy days gone, never to be repeated, the days of community, and comradery ,the days when all of us knew all of our neighbours and helped and shared and shared alike!! I was a contractor way back then all over the East End of London, Westminster South London Havering and Barnet, and the indigenous people were the best of the best, never went short of a nice cuppa and a slice of home made cake. In the hot summers a glass of iced lemonade, Boy oh boy they were the days.
Trigger was my favourite character, but behind his comical inebriety, there is a deep satirical comment on society and who we truly are. For instance here? 'What is the government going to do about it?' Superb casting and writing.
Shows like this just further demonstrate how incompetent modern show-runners are. How many characters did you care about in the recent Lord of the Rings series? Me? None.
If you ever feel you are not having a good day just watch the wonderful Del boy and his good friends and in a few minutes you will be happy 😆 thank you all for making us laugh so much 👏👏👏👏👍🤣🤣
I love this showand have seen every episode multiple times but I can't find an explanation as to why Trigger is so dumb, but we love him for his pure stupidity anyway. RIP
@@marcmoore6730 There was an episode in the very first series (probably the first episode?) where Rodney asks Del if Trigger is called Trigger because he carries a gun in his pocket, to which Del boy replies, "No, it's coz he's got a face like a horse!"
I like how when trigger says so when’s this gonna happen? Del looks at him like not again because he always says stupid things but then del actually thought it was a good question. Dave I mean so when’s this gonna happen Dave
it certainly isn't the weakest episode imo. it gets a lot of stick because most people wanted it to end after time on our hands where they got rich. the 2001 special was worse than this, i'd probably say mordern men was a bit grim too for a christmas special. + a couple of episode from the very first series were not great.

R. I. P Roger Lloyd Pack: You were a great comedy actor who was underrated.
Mike: I've had certificates for my beer.
Trigger: Yeah, I've had a few days off work with it as well.
Good ole trigger. He was priceless RIP Roger.
Animal tvi learn to spell
M̈är̈k̈ Ḧül̈s̈ë could one be more specific ?
Animal tvi Roger not Rodger.
Darren Walton o yeah. Silly me . Ta.
Who cares about spelling it didn't get trigger a very well educated man any more than playing a dunce
I love this comedy, sitcom or what ever you call it. Love from Albania.
Comedy sitcom would be correct. 😊😎
We all like this in the uk lol
Best comedy ever in the uk only fools always gets number one spot in polls for the right reasons it’s the best lol
Yes the balkans love it. Just been to Albania, loved it , ! Saranda
God, the world got poorer the day Roger Lloyd Pack died. Every pub needs a Trigger.
I believe every pub has.
I would never leave the Pub 😂😂
mine has about 4
Love Trigger. He was the best. Deadpan expression regardless of what subject they were speaking about. Amazing actor.
☘️🌝🌲
No pubs left now, all shut down due to being a breading ground for working class discussion and theories.
Trigger was absolutely hilarious - loved his character !
Please don't talk about guns here. Triggers kill. Love is a good thing
"They'd need more than one." Flipping brilliant!
He's not wrong
1:50
"So what they gonna do about it ,Dave?"Classic.

Not really man.
His line after gets me. "Nah they'll need more than one." As if he has the faintest idea of what's going on.
@@jamesflynn4951 well
Gonna send a spaceship full of bricks. nah gonna need more than 1
It was a sad loss in 2014. I will never forget his talent. He was on many shows . God bless him .
Right from the very first episode with his old English vinyl briefcases.
Dean marti
Absolutely brilliant, Trigger was so bloody funny!
It was the script John Sullivan wrote for Trigger, but brilliantly acted by Roger Lloyd Pack.
David Jason is a legend
The whole cast legends
"Sir" David Jason
Trigger was 100% right on this. Gonna take more than one spaceship to deal with it...
omg so many funny clips on youtube. I forgot about this one it was recommended . Absolutely brilliant
Trigger is the ultimate troll. The comebacks he has are just epic.
Trigger was my favourite character, but behind his comical inebriety, there is a deep satirical comment on society and who we truly are. For instance here? 'What is the government going to do about it?' Superb casting and writing.
Malcolm Abram bro I feel u👍🏻
Trigger wasn't drunk, Malcolm Abram, He was
Stoopid!
I imagine when that day comes the Republicans will claim it's a hoax and cut funding on the save Earth mission leading to our eventual demise.
@@leenaylor8268 Yea, inebriety is the wrong word. Never saw Trigger drunk.
"Dave" always gets a laugh.
How is it possible to make a comedy series with so many characters of the pure genius level.
Shows like this just further demonstrate how incompetent modern show-runners are. How many characters did you care about in the recent Lord of the Rings series? Me? None.
Proper classic comedy, Brilliant
If you ever feel you are not having a good day just watch the wonderful Del boy and his good friends and in a few minutes you will be happy 😆 thank you all for making us laugh so much 👏👏👏👏👍🤣🤣
It never fails to make me laugh true British classic 😂
Genuine classic genius comedy!
You have to love trigger..just looking at him makes me laff😅😅😅
The sarcasm in Only Fools is the best 👏👏
Trigger the show stealer absolutely brilliant
Today, I love them even more!
Trigger - Wonderful!
Feel bad for anyone who would 👎 this video
How can one person calling another by the wrong name be so funny ? pure genius
Space maybe the final frontier but Rodders & Trigg were poles apart like Einstein & Tesla
Trigger is a character should put him in the house off commons he would e a genius with all our mps
He is actually concerned about it poor guy
Even Trigger was trying not to piss himself delivering that line.
OFAH can't be beat, top notch English humour 😂😂
Trigger you made me laugh for years . Rip ( Dave ) lol
you think about space it everywhere you right you can't move for it
If I need cheering up I put these guys on ❤❤❤❤
Well we got time for a quick one then ain't we 🤣🤣
That blonde sort in the background is a bit of alright isn't she.
You just see her back for the entire clip
@@danielthompson6448 maybe its a couple of ravers???
Nah, it's a couple of geezers
Specific casting requirements there.
Ha buddy, can hardly see her, just half her back.
Come to think of it these post-1996 sequels here didn't disappoint. they were just average episodes. In that sense, golden
British comedy is genius
#LEGENDSOFCOMEDY This show was the very BEST, THE VERY BEST
Great actor and family
Trigger was one of the funniest characters in the entire Only Fools And Horses episodes. 😂
See this 1 million times you'd still laugh

He's deadpan, not necessarily dumb. Plus you know ... it is made-up. So no reason for consistent characters.
It's just his character. Trigger as in quick as a bullet!! Lol
@@marcmoore6730 I think it's the delivery of the lines from Rodger Lloyd Pack that makes it funny more than anything
@@marcmoore6730 There was an episode in the very first series (probably the first episode?) where Rodney asks Del if Trigger is called Trigger because he carries a gun in his pocket, to which Del boy replies, "No, it's coz he's got a face like a horse!"
Thanks Dave! I'll put a cuppa on then👍
Great screen writing.
You think about space, it's everywhere. You can't move for it 😂😂😂😂
Guy who works in my office is a spitting image of Rodders.
I'm surprised Trig didn't want to use his brush to clean the space with.
The only one I wasn't keen on was Mike from the Nags Head.
He was, as funny as having your throat cut.
The rest of the crew, were pure class
Trigger called Rodney Dave in the very first episode, the joke never got old.
Amazing Trigger... RIP

Trigger is the most pragmatic in that lot.
So funny - classic timeless comedy

Trigger 😀👌💙.
Trigger could easily become the next president of the USA.
he just has but they call him Joe
Isn’t it strange that the two main characters, Del Boy and Rodney kind of got of out shined by a smaller part, of trigger.

Reported for misleading title.
Got a bit nervous about the title of this clip when they started to talk about Densil and Marliens love life. lol
Classic but can't stop looking at the seated blonde at the bar lol

Alright Dave !

my birthday is the 12 of march… 👀
Put it Space yes please Westminster 👏👏👏👏
The government still hasn't done anything about it.
Who's the blonde at the bar 😉
Stuart Parish An extra.
Stuart Parish I was thinking the same
You guys are getting all excited over a blonde whose face you can't see. She could look like Olive from On The Buses for all you know.
Clive Bindley 0:11 she doesn't look like Olive
That's just a profile view.
