Salaam brother very good and professional video you are an engineer so ask you a question the house I live in was built 1895 whole area still good for living in pakistan last 40 years we built same house 4 times why we don't change building method or style. In last 38 years our road been done 3 times but level is still the same?

Bro because in Pakistan whenever we plan to build roads we dont actually excavate them instead we put more coal tar on it and recarpet it every 8 to 10 years. Thatswhy our toad levels go up everytime we do carpeting of the roads..

Plz bataye how to prevent seepage I'm constructing my home
Bro first of all lay proper dpc damp proof coarse secondly if any house in neighbors put double layer of plastic in between your and his walls. Thirdly on dpc put hot tar coal and plastic. Fourthly kacha floor should not touch walls above DPC.
One more thing. Put a compressor test on all water and gas lines after their installation and before plasteting. So that any leakage should be checked and u can get rid of the same. There is another video of compressor test is uploaded.
In foundation plan ngl of top corner foundation and bottom corner foundation are known only,
Bottom of fotting are known for each.
FFL is mentioned.
Height of short coulmn and ngl at each point is required
