Rose's projectiles are slow and the homing takes a few moments to turn on. If you find yourself fighting face to face try to aim to the floor (rose projectiles do splash damage) or try to tail the enemy. Always try to keep your distance tho as your effective range is mid.

Any sort of elemental effects is negated by being healed by a heal beam, heal staton/flower and heal weed/zombie.
These elements are, but not limited to:
Chill.
Fire damage.
Toxic Damage.
Jinx.
