Hi, yes we still recommend to take Finasteride or use minoxidil even after hair transplant procedure. You need to use the maintenance meds to delay the hair loss of your native hairs.

after DHi you recommend to use minoxidile all over the scalp or transplanted area for grade 2 baldness?
Ideally yes, you would still need to continue with using the Minoxidil. Androgenic Alopecia is progressive in nature so Minoxidil helps keep the existing hair thicker and stronger and therefore delay hair loss.

Is it permanent?
Yes, this is permanent as the hairs taken from the donor area is immune to hair loss.
