That was the direct cause of the Iraq war, not even counting the deaths in the war itself. @Vinay singhal BTW do you know a Chinese man named Gui Minhai? Look up that guy before you start to celebrate China. If you don't wanna read on about him I can tell you he is a Swedish national who is a book publisher in Hong Kong who released books about the leaders of CCP exposing stuff about them. One day when he was on vacation in Thailand he was kidnapped. Guess who kidnapped him? China! And wanna know why they kidnapped him? Because they claimed some obscure traffic accident he had caused in China. But then they changed it to treason. And then when the Swedish embassy asked to see him they just ignored and refused. The Chinese ambassador in Sweden even threatened the Swedish government for putting their nose in what they claimed was internal Chinese affairs despite him being a SWEDISH national and they even claimed he had renounced his Swedish citizenship without the Swedish embassy having been able to meet him in private and get an confirmation. If you still sincerely believe there would be any real difference for the better in Chinese hegemony at it's current state you're in for a dire shock. Don't get me wrong I would love to see the world change but I would not let an autocratic regime decide the fate of other countries citizens just for that.

That's what people dont understand about "dictators".
Some countries just need strong, centralized power to stay together.
One strong figure, good or bad, keeping all the pieces in line with iron fist.
That's why Russia would literally fall apart without Putin, but people still protest against him.

I'm a sri lankan, and something just like this happened to our country in 1815. We had this king called Sri Wickrama Rajasinghe and people were dissapointed in him because he wasn't like the previous kings and was cruel. And british took advantage of this and spread rumours and stuff and literally captured the kingdom through an agreement with the chieftains. People and chieftains realized the mistake and fought back in 1818 but that was suppressed cruelly by the british. I think history does repeat in weird ways.

@@stara_garda_3 _as he has no trouble coming to Belgrade and flirting with "infidel" non-muslim girls, but he will whine about an imaginary genocide when he goes back to Bosnia._
While I agree that the tone and what he may or may not have implied there about his "non-hateful" attitude towards Serbian or American females is kind of problematic because as I've established, I questioned him on about what his stance on the male population of these nationalities are, that are *not* part of or in support of what these nations militarily brought about in the world. But maybe let's just give him the benefit of the doubt.
I personally think that you've jumped to quickly to your own convenient conclusion about that he apparently wants to straight up "flirt" with those females he mentioned although he never actually said this. The only thing he mentioned is that he doesn't _hate_ them. And I don't know about you, but I don't reinterpret that as "flirting". He has to give me some clues that might lead in that direction.
What I believe is that he might have assumed that most soldiers that were drafted in those nations are in fact male and that that would be the reason why he wouldn't necessarily blame females in that regard because he wouldn't count females as the combatants or soldiers that he instead intends to critize.
Or how would I complete it, *justifiably* mourns about. Because that's what summarizes my viewpoint on what you commented about the supposed "imaginary" genocide he "whines" about. That's the point where I disagree with you about. It unfortunately was a very real, brutal and horrifying experience. And I'm not saying this to be apologetic towards for example Serbians or Croatians that participated in those conflicts that were also in fact severely hit by the war and also of course by the Bosnians who also had blood on their hands. But to deny these mass killings at the hands of the Serbian army is just historical denialism at this point. I don't even agree with what the US army, as incompetent as they were with the Serbians and various middle eastern countries, did to the Serbians and their country in a supposed retaliation towards the Serbians and a backing for the Bosnians. And yes I might come off as someone who just can't pick a side to stick by but the reason is to simply be as objective and balanced as possible in this very complicated matter.

It's absolutely absurd that you would say "Much respect to Saddam Hussein". It's disgraceful. Saddam Hussein was literally a CLONE of Milosevic. If you studied history you would know this. Saddam Hussein invaded Iran in the 1970s. He used poison gas on the Kurdish population in the 1980s. He invaded Kuwait in the 1990s. He openly CELEBRATED when 9/11 happened and thousands of innocent human beings burned alive or jumped to their deaths to avoid burning alive. Saddam Hussein was a murderer, a thief and you should be ashamed, as Bosniak, that you have just said this. Ask the Kurds if they like Saddam. If anything, you should identify and have solidarity with the Kurds and they share a similar story in many ways to Bosnian Muslims.

@Jimmy P , it's a problem for any nation that has had a 'dictatorship' for a long time. Basically, if there's only one autocratic leader for several decades, all the people have learned all that time is how to 'please the boss', no one really is learning how to be the next generation of leaders, and you get a bunch of ass-kissers and flatterers who despite having no leadership skills of their own, actually think highly of themselves. So when that one strong leader is gone? No one has any real idea what to do, and all they have to learn from is that one autocratic leader that just got deposed... And each aims to be the new dictator-leader. Hence you have 1000 Saddams in Iraq... Likewise in Indonesia: when Suharto's gone, Indonesia gained '1000 Suhartos'. Just as corrupt, but much less capable. It would be some time again before someone new emerges, someone who has clear idea on how to lead...
And that's assuming there's no 'outside interference'. Other nations and other powers that just want a piece of the action too, (or at least, they HAVE to be there because their rivals are there, and they are not happy about it) making things way even more complicated.
