The book contains how to improve the soil fertility&carbon
As per Dhabolkar Microbial activity is 9 inches of top soil only
Dhabolkar classified Soils in to three groups says Raman
To improve soil fertility Microbial activity should be 10 %
With animal and plant wastes can improve the soil fertility
Dhabolkar 60 days of Green Manure crops is the best
We can generate 15-20 tonnes of plants waste in soil
All the feeder roots are the residence for Microbes
Microbes enriched by sucking juices of feeder roots
In return microbes absorb & make availble the nutrients
Microbes converts residues into various nutrients
Organic matter will convert as humas & organic carbon
Organically grown crops are healthier off natural intake
To have 1% of org. carbon need 10% microbial activity
If 1% of organic carbon in Soil, it fulfills 90% of nutrients
To prevent carbon evaporation, plough is must after harvest
1% of carbon can absorb 10-15 tons of carbon sequestration
