Good evening Madam I follow your recepies recently u showed Ghevar using Maida. Recently I watched another video of another chef where Ghevar was prepared with wheat flour. Procedure followed was same as done for Maida nd finished product was very good. This is just for your kind information as u said gjevar has tobe prepared only with Maida.
