I have a little OHI and I think it'll do well in the coming years. I'll hold on to it and add a little here and there.
I'm sorry because I'm still a rookie with this. but at 4:35 you say its recession resistant but if you look at 2020 it lost half its value? or would you say an normal recession is different then the 2020 pandemic/crisis? just asking. :)
During a recessions is pretty normal for stocks to go down, virtually all of them; what he's talking about is the business itself being resistent, so even tho the value of the shares might go down, the underlying business keeps going strong and keeps generating cash
Hope that helps
@Dividendology - Still really interested in your take on ABR - You always provide some valuable extra insight aside of the financial analysis!
Hoping to get to it soon!
I agree. I am hoping it hits my covered call and gets called away
Absolutely think moving from that into other holdings in your portfolio or another position doesn't sound like a bad idea
huh
What do you think about MPW?
90% chance to go out of business, 10 % to save and make solid gains
This is actually my highest paying dividend stock in my portfolio dedicated for it.
