He basically bullied the person when in reality the person is probably just as smart if not smarter than the boss. Judging someone by their looks is the most unprofessional thing you could do and it actually shows a lack of intelligence. People like that think they're all high and mighty but what they failed to realize is they can bleed just the same as everyone else. Hey boss is supposed to be a leader and encourage and help is employees not tear them down and disrespect them, very unprofessional. I know I wouldn't tolerate anyone treating me like that because I have the balls to stand up for myself.
