@@greglangstaffcareercoach only slightly. I was more concerned with getting a good resume together, but I did want to say thank you for all your help. I'm retiring soon from public school administration and looking to move to the business world in the area of training. I purchased your online toolkit and am sharing it with my sons who are starting off college and will need a good starter resume. They'll be prepared thanks to your materials!

Also because of my age, I am often ignored, so I cut down my Professional experience and used Chap GPT and your suggestions. I am on a mission now and will send an update shortly.

Just found your site, I will dive into it more in the coming days... but you asked for a question. Sadly, I am one of those well seasoned people... just turned 58. I don't feel 58, in pretty good shape (kind of do Ironman triathlons as my hobby, I look and act young for that age number... but I am getting the feeling that number does come into play. I have taken everything off the resume that can indicate my age, but "even though there isn't ageism" what tips can you provide to help? Again new to the site and perhaps you have covered this at some point.

Additionally, if you have anything to add to making the irrelevant experience relevant...I am going from being a snowsports instructor, and I've just finished my degree, and I am looking for a corporate role. Any advice or other videos would be really appreciated!

In general, very helpful. Do you have advice on how to navigate uploading your resume to apply using Ultipro, Workday where it supposedly prefills the fields? I have had pretty poor field mapping for this with my resume template. (i.e. using the overview for each job really seems to confuse it). Any suggestions?
Also, how do you suggest handling having several different job titles at the same company over a span of several years? Again, the field mapping is not even worth uploading the resume.
