They bring their entire head down which enables them to even take on lions occasionally, they face backwards so if a predator does attack them from behind they can thrust them backwards

i ve actually seen footage of a gemsbok fatally impaling a cheetah during a pursuit, which leads me to believe that they are more advantageous for moments during such instances.

You can call it gemsbok or a oryx it has a deffrent name and size the gemsbok has a color brown and the feet is cream color and a oryx is diffrent from gemsbok but they are the same animal and they had a deffrent color from each oter ........😊😊😊😊now you understand dont be so counfused its ok you will be learn soon do you underatan the deffren animal ...............thats great job you will be like me soon i will teach you some aninals that has a deffrent size and color becouse im learing a animal too ...😊😊😊😊😊☺☺☺

@@Shokry999 there are 4 species of Oryx. Gemsbok is the largest and most common oryx species. There's also East African Oryx aka Beisa, Scimitar oryx, and Arabian oryx being the smallest.
