I mean people that laugh at him swinging and missing and stuff, do you even realize how hard it is to hit not just how fast the pitches are but the variety of pitches they set the machine to? 90 is fast, to dial it to 98, 99, 100. And mix in slider at 89. The fact that he is able to do it, is awesome.

You should have some kind of game with the pitching machine. The guy setting the pitch can lie about the location and pitch type, and if you hit a bomb or just hit it, something something something. I don't know what the details would be, but I feel like it'd be pretty fun.

Skenes averaged over 98 mph on his FB which would be SECOND in the mlb right now. He also had a game against Tenn where he threw 46 pitches that were 100+ mph. Only Hunter Greene has done more in all of the pros. 209 Ks and under 20 walks?
Oh, and he’s a .300+ hitter that hit 20 bombs last year while pitching AND playing catcher of all positions. Dude is just ridiculous and he may hit in the pros
