Thank you very much for your wonderful and informatic video. I was so scared of going over to JB until I chanced on your video. I did it following your video and enjoyed my outing to JB. Keep up the good work with step by step video on taking public transport to various places. I did it with your help. Hurray!!!
@siewleanlim3335 Thank you for your encouraging comments. We also started out not daring to venture beyond City Square. Glad that you found this video useful. Please share it with your friends. Have fun exploring JB and beyond!
Thank you so much for this! I was trying to find out how to go to JB Sentral as the tickets for Kereta Terbrau have already run out even 3 months before the departure date. I was wondering whether as a non-malaysian or singaporean citizen I will be able to take the 170x or 160 bus, and now I know that I can ! Thanks again
Thank you this is rrally helpfull for foreigners who plan to visit both SG and JB like me. Btw, how is the crowd during night time (above 8 pm) at the checkpoint? Is it less crowd or considered peak hour?
hi, very informative video👍. Can't we take 170 bus from queen street to woodlands checkpoint directly? or do i have to take 170X from kranji stn to reach woodland checkpoint? is there any difference bw those two?
Hi, I understand that Singapore citizens DO NOT NEED to submit SG ARRIVAL CARD when returning to Singapore through either the Woodlands or Tuas land checkpoints. Is this correct? Thank you.
Hi, we used EZ-link Cards on Singapore buses. You may also use any other acceptable modes of payment, such as Singapore Tourist Pass or Contactless Bank Cards. For more info, please see the link below: www.visitsingapore.com/travel-guide-tips/getting-around/ On Malaysia buses, we paid cash in Malaysian Ringgits.
