This just sounds beautiful, another 2 songs that fit amazingly well together. I really love how most parts mainly sound like Courage, like the instrumental in the first half of the song, but has it's fair share of parts that sound like Distress, like the turn at 2:17, along with other turns in the second half of the song. Another thing I also like is how this isn't just an OST upload, but kind of shows events that happen in the song (2:13, 3:33, 3:59), and I find that really cool.
thank you!!! yea, i'm pretty proud of this- and the fact that courage dominates the tone of this song is mainly just because Courage and Distress's tones are really different, so I couldn't get an inbetween - so I just went with Courage, since I like making songs/remixes with that sort of tone anyway. And as for the mid-song events being shown within the visualizer- yea! I like to do that. It's pretty nice to be able to show people exactly what's going on within the video, since there'll probably never be gameplay for this.
I was just thinking while listening to this, you know what would be a wild take on Skid's week? Corrupted Pico ends up being done with Skid as he keeps resisting, and goes for the kill. Corrupted Pump then has to desperately protect and corrupt Skid at the same time before Pico can win. Obviously only works depending on how the corrupted think and function.
I love how this was put together, something about the eerie calming feeling of courage coming right before the more fast-paced heart racing distress really works well

Oh you know, now that I think about it if this comes after the encounter with bf, Nene, and Darnell, I'm guessing something bad at least happens to Nene if pico has her knife. (Assuming that's where he got it from)

It seems as if the Pump, despite corruption, continues to have fun with a Skid, as if nothing has changed, that's how strong their friendship is.
