Belegar has a much easier start position now, def easier than Grombrindal. Hit the first greenskin town and you immediately get to confederate Karak Hirn which includes an entire region and an army with lots of archers and artillery which can make Belegar's army unbelievably strong for turn 2.
AHHA! But you see thats the simpletons trap~ If you WAIT a single turn. Build some units in belegars army- Heck if you're playing on anything except legendary you can even book it to skavenblight. But if you just wait a single turn you get a FULL second army and even part of a second army but i normally ditch that anyway because it puts him heavy into the red. What id then like to do is go rummage about the empires lands and take a couple of the settlements belonging to the greenskins or undead. Which you can then sell back to nearby factions whenever you please for a nice boost....
@@brentonherbert7775 Move him up toward Karak Izor, merge the confederated army with Belegar's. Take Karak Izor, rush K8P and easily have it by turn 10, sooner if you know what you're doing. Build barracks in all of the settlements in the Vaults and the Black Mountains and sell 'em off for cash. Screw Skavenblight; K8P has more slots a faction buff, removal of the upkeep penalty, two unique buildings and a ton of surrounding settlements ideal for Dawi.
Awesome campaign, I really liked the fact that you struggled, made things so much more interesting. Too bad you were not able to test out the new mechanic and to get Belagar a better army or closer to the 8 peaks. Looking forward for next live stream.
I have fucking enjoyed this livestream campaing the most. Seeing you play hard to play this and commit little blunders and having to play around them made the experience very enjoyable.

I think legend could consider to put the gameversion in every videotitle from now on. It would give his high amount of similiar videos more structure and it helps to differentiate or to deicide wheter a certain video is still relevent for you. Also it wont cost much effort. @@xKingNishi Thanks for telling me the obvious. The problem: If the video is older, TH-cam just differentiate roughly by year : "1 year ago" or "2years ago" - so you have to click on the video to get the exact date of the upload.

These game crashes happen so often, especially in sieges. And also usually after super tough battles, really drains the spirit of continuing the campaign every time that happens. CA really needs to fix this.
The faction 'declare war' event is random on all factions around you. I got the event i wanted at the time but really screwed up a couple of turns later so I went back to a previous save before the event and got a different faction. So, I just save scummed until I got the faction I had the first time.
First few battles with Skaven I feel your pain, there is so many hard counters to so many Races, like playing as Vlad I am trying to brainstorm how the fuck beat Ungrim with new reworks and new toys. Meanwhile Vamps are stuck in 2016...
I don't know how I am so awful at this game, running the same campaign on normal difficulty, following your strategy of taking Skavenblight to the T. Somehow I still can't do it!
Although Skaven themselves are annoying, I think Ikit and his faction is in a tier above the rest. I can only describe him as the antagonist to my campaign experience.
I feel like grudges need some tweaking the factions im at war with gain next to nothing meanwhile my allies keep getting grudges from random diplomacy shit the system incentivises you to lose i started having wasteland areas where I let enemies go in and raid an pillage me on purpose
Everytime I try to take skavenblight like you did, no matter how many times I save scum, ikit always returns to defend. The fact you were able to count on that happening on your first time is... Because you seemed to know with certainly a Lord would be recruited vs. ikit returning to defend. This is not a valid tactic apparently.
I tried withdrawing all my forces at the beginning of a battle and got army lossed with minimum damage to my characters. I did this way prior to this patch.

I think legend could consider to put the gameversion in every videotitle from now on. It would give his high amount of similiar videos more structure and it helps to differentiate or to deicide wheter a certain video is still relevent for you. Also it wont cost much effort. You can just judge by the video age what update it is most of the time

Play with Isabella as LL and get all the Vampire heroes you can and then nobody will any option against you. You can get 4 Vampires by turn 4
Vampires beat dwarf pretty comfortably in campaign. What exactly you’re having problems with?

New patch is usually the culprit for crashes. CA has a Hell Pit Abomination for a software program.
There is actually a post on steam discussions on 20/08, where CA admits in it's reply to being aware of the issue.

AI is getting better every patch. Its became less possible to play only using low tier units.

Yes always rush Eight Peaks, if you take too long you will be surrounded by multiple enemies with multiple armies each, while STILL PAYING the 50% tax
