You can get slightly further in "Climbling the purple tower". By getting to the ledge on the ground of where the platform section starts, you can hit E to get some slight vertical height, then dive and spin attack to reach the ledge of the platform. you can then run up the wall next to the platform with a dive then kick off the wall with E again. Thats as far as you can get sadly.
You can actually beat climbing the purple tower with no jumps at all even wall jumps with the no clip glitch enabled. My best on explaining this goes as follows. I found out while spinning you will reattach to the wall and by mashing left click you will slowly go up the wall. Have done it and it is possible to pull off you just need patience :D

So far, here's all the a presses that remain 1xA press in New Neocity Challenge 6xA presses in Hecklands Challenge in total, the game can be beaten full game in 7xA presses. Absolutely insane. Yes, short jumping around is possible, with proof, but is so difficult I doubt anyone could do a full level run of it.

I tried this, and was able to scrape together 31 ice creams. I have a theoretical 32nd but I don't know if it's possible. Also I did allow myself to jump off of the poles and wires because otherwise it would be very difficult to exist in areas like the hecklands

There is a frame where you can climb up the flag and collect the ice creams so tread the turtle tops is possible (Edit: basically climb up repeatedly up the flag and you have a frame where you can collect the ice cream)
the problem isnt getting to the flag its getting the icecream once your on the flag as you cant get off without going to hub or leaving which makes the icecream disappear
