Hello Otenga. Good content. Is it not possible to repair some of these mud houses by plastering the inside and outside and floors too? Also couldn’t you put in some windows and replace or repair some of the iron sheets? Please excuse any ignorance regarding these matters. If at all possible it would save some money. Also why can’t you add on another room to the existing house. To cut down on money, instead of using all these tiles in the bathroom, after plastering the walls, and floor, just put a primer on and then give it a couple of coats of paint.
