It's basically the thunderlord zinogre and I love how they preserved really well the design and colors in Rise. Definitely my favorite apex in the game :)
The only disappointment i got from Rise was that, they really translate bad the comment from Ichinose san about Apex armor in the interview and just give me false hopes.
Zinogre always look like it should be able to take on elders. But Thunderlord, can kill and eat one! Also the theme with the vocals for better with this apex. Beautiful. I do wish Stygian had a Apex

Why is he doing such little damage to you? You're straight up facetanking his strongest attacks and they're doing hardly any more than regular HR Zinogre. I fought Apex Zinogre with maxed out defense at 437 and his stronger moves were doing nearly half my health with each hit. Are you wearing a ton of defense up decorations or something?
Yes we did have snowbaron lagombi in mhgu so maybe they will add apex lagombi but I'm really hoping volvidon gets an apex state. My boii is always being left out

Yeah, insect glaive is good if you know how to use it but any weapon can be good once you learn how to use it perfectly, but like dual blades longsword and sword and shield are not slow. Dual blades are insanely fast but to beat a fast monster you have to react faster than it does, apex zinogre is just super fast thats why it didn't seem as fast.
@@t.h.e.2593 Risen Valstrax at MR 160 and Risen Shagaru Magala at MR 190 (both have some of the strongest armor in the game) There are also Hazard versions of all Risen Elder Dragons that you unlock at Anomaly Rank 242. The Hazards have more HP, hit harder, have new combos and are faster. You need there materials for high endgame qurios crafting.
It seems you're thinking of the Frenzy Virus. Apex Monsters are simply monsters that have survived many hunts over an extremely long time. Think of them as being like the Soulseer Mizutsune, just a lot stronger.
@VorNach NameName you know the Hellfire is just the ability from Magna because he eats the monsters right? The apex is not just the same? They absorb the souls of other monster like magna and thats how they unlock hellfire. Thats one of the yokai inspirations from our boi Maggy .
You can host a hunt for him right off the get go from the rampage quest menu at the online hub or you can join someone else’s urgent rampage for him. Once you complete a successful rampage against him you will unlock his 7 star quest in the hub.
@@ajscrewu it applies for all apex monsters. You need to have completed a rampage involving them at least once in order to unlock their special quest outside the rampage.

Hunt a Highrank Zinogre to unlock Apex Zinogre as rampage, then after the rampage you unlocked him as normal hunt.

The real apex zino is the one from the mh4u 140 gq, this is a puppy.
The anomaly version of Apex zinogre makes the 4U one look like a puppy.
