Is no Dlss recommended even if I have a nvidia graphics card? As well is low for everything the best? Ill test it out later, but this definitely is the most detailed and yet simplest settings video so thank you!

If you decide to run the game in DX11 instead of DX12 turn it on, DLSS will give you a sharper image by raising your resolution without your PC having to work as hard as it would at a higher native resolution. Your second question; I would say low settings for everything is good for people with lower end PC's, I run everything on low besides textures and shadow quality, I have them set on medium.
