Thanks for sharing so honestly about the challenges you are facing to establish yourself in your new home. From my personal experience I would say its early days yet but eventually things will get better. My observation is the people who failed to make it in a new country, are those who do not stick to their plan and give up too soon. While the part time job may not have the ideal pay; it has helped you become part of the local economy and in the process you are picking up valuable knowledge about the local environment. All positive signs that you are making progress. I think you are doing really well.
Big sacrifice for wife and daughter. Both of them are happier in the UK but DJ looked happier in Malaysia. Life was definitely easier there. DJ family was welcomed and accepted by the community in Malaysia. Wishing you luck and happiness in the UK.

@@rebeccachua6756 eventually you will get the passport after satisfying the criteria that is a true immigration country. Under Malaysia MM2H you will never get a passport no matter how long you live there. Also MM2H policy will change or cancel anytime that you never know.

Actually i think if dj just patience abit for 1 more mth in malaysia..things have drastically change ... If DJ get influence by Mrs Trouble decision to leave malaysia for UK , i think it really a harsh decision to take such a big risk. ..Mrs. Trouble is different as she cosider more well off and rich looking at her lifestyle..she can afford to hop from one country to another..without having a long term and short term finanicial issue..and need not to work for monthly income expenses. If DJ said for the sake of her daughter, if consider mid term , her daughter will eventually step into uni soon in 5-6 years time. By then she can move to UK and apply for BNO on her own and if u stay in malaysia u still enjoy a retire life like what Lion Mah family does. Since DJ already establish himself as pioneer HKie TH-camr here, he already hv marketing value compare to he does youtube in UK as many other Hkie family who migrate to Uk much earlier are ahead of him by miles. Not feasible. DJ's daughter cannot apply on her own after finishing University education after 5-6 years time outside UK. His daughter now applies as his ‘dependant’ as she is under the age of 18. Now this is the only solution.

其实DJ可以找一份在store排貨的工作，时间安定，不必在寒冷天气奔波。年龄不小了，挨出病来，可不好了。还有DJ太，也应该出去找份工作，减轻负担。人生不能reset, 不能從新来过。

如果限速20mph超速30-40mph會扣3分罰£100-£300亦都話買保險會貴d
如果超過限速既一倍或以上分分鐘會扣6分或者會停牌
1. 乖乖付錢去上兩個半小時的 National Speed Awareness Course 超速再教育課程 (大概90英鎊上下)(不用扣分)
2. 不想浪費時間上課就乖乖繳100英鎊罰款 + 駕照計點3分 (新手2年內累積6分/老手3年內累積12分就吊銷駕照了)
3. 不服上訴就去法院 (通常就是罰更重)

去到外国生活很多都要由低做起，记得我以前隔壁部门的主管移民去了澳洲也是从餐厅服务员做起
好多人都用這個藉口，為孩子移民。其實你女兒將來唔會多謝你。因為一切太勉強，亦冇必要的。知所謂香港讀書壓力大，不是香港教育系統問題。是因為家長自己要面子,成日要讀band one, 要讀一些自己孩子駕馭不了的學校。其實只要大家接受自己孩普通去讀普通學校，根本香港讀書也可以好開心。
我女係香港讀私小都壓力好大,成日不斷考試做功課根本冇乜時間去玩。如果讀普通學校更慘,學校為免殺校不斷谷學生亦唔比學生有自己見解,所有嘢都要公式化。如果band one學校更慘，考試測驗攞80以下已經要見家長又話學生智商係咪有問題,根本不斷比壓力家長同學生
@@jaytang5068 我相信你這些是聽返來的，然後以偏概全。在香港讀得私校，係人都知本來就是想學校幫你谷成績。我亦唔信拿80分會有老師問是否智商有問題. 津校老師根本唔care. 而有一批比較知足聽明的家長就是知道自己孩子資質一般，送去一般的直資學校，有些讀得非常愉快，家長滿意;亦有家長會投訴學校大 hea。
在英國讀state你以為好好?可以參差到你唔信。讀得Public school 的你又以為可以放養去讀唔駛谷？只係香港人思想好奇怪，子女在香港成績不好不能接受，但去到外國讀到垃圾都ok. 說穿了就是面子和崇洋問題。不能接受讀band 2。

做外賣仔都要好醒目， 有啲比較差嘅地方提防一啲呃飲呃食嘅人。 如果張單要收現金， 去到等佢畀咗錢先好交貨。 我都試過超速收罰單， 第一次應該會比幾個選擇你。 一係你要上一個課程叫做national speed awareness scheme， 大概£80‐£90。 一係交罰款扣3分， 大概£100。 一係上法庭辯解。 呢個係英格蘭嘅罰則， 唔知道蘇格蘭係咪一樣。
去英国完全正确!2年前去大马是情非得已，在大马这个没有移民身份的国家长期生活是不可取的。英国对港人放行应该毫不犹豫! 在英国这个劳工权利受到充分保障的社会不要想着去做什么Fish & Chips 这些小生意，不值得! 这是我对博主的唯一忠告。在英国打工是皇帝!

Actually i think if dj just patience abit for 1 more mth in malaysia..things have drastically change ...
If DJ get influence by Mrs Trouble decision to leave malaysia for UK , i think it really a harsh decision to take such a big risk. ..Mrs. Trouble is different as she cosider more well off and rich looking at her lifestyle..she can afford to hop from one country to another..without having a long term and short term finanicial issue..and need not to work for monthly income expenses.
If DJ said for the sake of her daughter, if consider mid term , her daughter will eventually step into uni soon in 5-6 years time. By then she can move to UK and apply for BNO on her own and if u stay in malaysia u still enjoy a retire life like what Lion Mah family does. Since DJ already establish himself as pioneer HKie TH-camr here, he already hv marketing value compare to he does youtube in UK as many other Hkie family who migrate to Uk much earlier are ahead of him by miles.
In malaysia now many shops and businesses start to move again...restaurant, shopping and pubs started to have better business and crowds...
the health minister will announce endemic phase soon with border will start to open by then and i guess malaysia will follow western countries style to live with the virus...

Not feasible. DJ's daughter cannot apply on her own after finishing University education after 5-6 years time outside UK. His daughter now applies as his ‘dependant’ as she is under the age of 18. Now this is the only solution.
@@kennethcheung3263 what i mean is when she go study in UK uni...after 18 years old...she can apply for one for herself
@@blizzard9954Hi! I understand those children born after 1997 did not have BNO visa. If DJ couple stayed in Malaysia and his daughter studied in UK alone. She need to pay full fee and she will not qualify to apply UK Citizenship on her own. Thank for your suggestion.

其实我身为一个局外人，总觉得你从一个国家到另外一个国家，但我看见的是你忙忙碌碌也碌碌无为，深思熟虑过后总想问你一个四处为家变成一个没有根的人，就像小鸟在一大片森林寻找落脚处,到最后并非自己意愿的栖息地,为何要让自己处于艰难的境地？你这是为了什么？这么做最终又会得到什么？这做法到底值得吗？这到底是对还是不对,姑且说你的选择是走你的路,虽然未来的日子谁也不能做预测,但身为过来人总有些事一旦做了就回不了头,失去了以往的时间再也拾不回来,说来只是担心你们一家人罢了,也许每个人的人生际遇都不相同吧！希望你们一家人在英国能好好的展望未来,更祝福你们一家人幸福安康.

我好認同DJ哥想法,真係最重要係仔女將來著想先會不斷嘗試新生活新事物.如果冇仔女根本不用考慮咁多仍然留係香港生活就已經足夠。你睇離開香港嘅家庭絕大部份都係有小朋友的.依家香港好多學校為免殺校已不斷狂谷學生,務求攞得更高名次不用殺校,學生喺學校俾人欺凌都唔俾佢哋投訴免得對聲譽不好,最後搞到有D學生覺得好無助而自殘自殺。
我10幾年前移民黎英國，初頭幾年都好唔習慣，慢慢適應後就覺得以後都想留喺英國。加油DJ哥
