As a member of the lowest common denominator goo, I’d like to take a moment to appreciate the great work of the wardrobe department in this masterpiece. Whilst also acknowledging the peaks of Platonic dialogue achieved during this delightful diatribe.
James’ exquisite taste in word choice makes me feel like his type of “people”. May heaven open its doors with a choir of angels to celebrate this poetic dawg from Aussie land
I became so enthralled in the exchange that at some point it had faded from the forefront of my mind, to a vanishing thought, that two characters were in fact played by one. And so a single person became two people. Split upon the cornerstone of reason, that all people are created equal. The singular, shattered in upheaval. The people.
This was funny but also inspiring which is an odd and rare combination. Many thanks!!! I found out about J McCann on the Pints with Aquinas podcast, glad I did.
Don't be too critical. These radio stations are doing great work. They keep 'the people' away from where pomp and circumstance is encouraged: My beloved ABC Classic.
This was great. Totally not what I expected after watching James on MSSP. Did you write this yourself, James? I can’t exactly put my finger on why that was so entertaining, but it was. Bravo!
This video reminded me of this quote: "[Slitscan's audience] is best visualized as a vicious, lazy, profoundly ignorant, perpetually hungry organism craving the warm god-flesh of the anointed. Personally I like to imagine something the size of a baby hippo, the color of a week-old boiled potato, that lives by itself, in the dark, in a double-wide on the outskirts of Topeka. It's covered with eyes and it sweats constantly. The sweat runs into those eyes and makes them sting. It has no mouth, Laney, no genitals, and can only express its mute extremes of murderous rage and infantile desire by changing the channels on a universal remote. Or by voting in presidential elections." - William Gibson, Idoru
Brilliant satire. Although, I'm afraid, anti democratic. Remember, democracy is the government of the people for the people by the people, and those are not the people to whom you refer.
James McCann, this is gold. Because it is true, and it is articulated elegantly, not too much, not to little. This is gold. I love this
We need to get this man a catamaran.
Thank you together we can

Who is she and why do we have to know about her?
I add she’s probably a nice lady
@@JamesDonaldForbesMcCann Some of her primark clothes are nice. Some of them are slutty, to be honest. But some of them are nice.
How….. How after Matt and Shane’s and Kill Tony does this only have 8k views. This is seriously the best thing I’ve seen since ever.
I've watched this ten times
Love the use of "O God beyond all praising" haha
How is this guy not famous already?
Unfortunately for all of us, he is not relatable to THE People. ☹️

You're brilliant.
Soren would be delighted that arcade fire’s album inspired by Present Age is what got the people to turn on the band.
Unreal!
Thank you shad, do you know of any jobs going in commercial radio at the moment?
